French broadcaster TF1 said it will air the FIFA Club World Cup final between Paris Saint-Germain and Chelsea at 21:00 on Sunday, 13 July, displacing the France–Netherlands group match at the UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 to sister channel TMC. The decision reverses a pledge made by TF1 sports director Julien Millereux to keep the women’s tournament on the flagship network in the event of a scheduling clash. Management opted for the men’s fixture after audience data showed stronger demand: TF1 drew 3.83 million viewers for PSG’s 4–0 win over Atlético Madrid on 15 June, compared with 2.81 million for the French women’s 2–1 victory over England five days earlier. France 2 attracted 2.9 million for the team’s 4–1 defeat of Wales on 9 July. PSG, already winners of the Champions League, Ligue 1, French Cup and Trophée des Champions, are chasing a fifth trophy this season. The French women’s side, coached by Laurent Bonadei, need only a draw against the Netherlands to secure top spot in Group D and a favourable quarter-final path.
