UPS has announced plans to acquire Germany-based healthcare logistics firm Frigo-Trans for an undisclosed amount. This acquisition is part of UPS's ongoing strategy to expand its healthcare logistics capabilities. In addition to Frigo-Trans, UPS is also acquiring another Germany-based temperature-controlled logistics provider, BPL. These acquisitions follow previous purchases by UPS, including MNX last year, Bomi Group the year before, and Marken in 2016.
