A federal judge in California, Vince Chhabria, has denied class certification to former employees of X Corp. The judge, in San Francisco, urged the parties to consider whether a renewed motion is necessary. Additionally, Musk is scheduled to be deposed by the SEC as part of an investigation into his $44 billion acquisition of Twitter, after missing a previous interview in September. The SEC probe focuses on Musk's accumulation of a minority stake in Twitter prior to his decision to purchase the company.
