Binance expanded its Alpha platform this week with three new token promotions, each tied to point-based airdrops aimed at driving user engagement. On 12 June at 6:00 UTC, the exchange began allowing users holding at least 237 Alpha points to claim eight PUNDI AI (PUNDIAI) tokens. PUNDIAI, described as a decentralised data-marketplace asset, was simultaneously listed on South Korean exchange Upbit. A day later, at 13:00 UTC on 13 June, Binance made 372 Roam (ROAM) tokens available to participants holding 247 points, deducting 15 points per claim. The listing is accompanied by a trading competition offering a 4.92 million ROAM prize pool. The series continued on 14 June with Degen (DEGEN). From 07:00 UTC, users with at least 245 Alpha points could redeem 13,862 DEGEN tokens. DEGEN functions as a reward currency for the Farcaster social-media protocol. The successive listings underscore Binance Alpha’s strategy of using escalating point thresholds and token incentives to retain high-activity users amid intensifying competition among cryptocurrency exchanges.
