Mantle experienced a 208% growth in active users, reaching 1.98 million, with over $141 million in $MNT locked and $mETH's TVL rising from $341 million to $1.26 billion. NEAR Protocol added 30 million new users, completed 600 million transactions, and saw daily active users grow to 3.1 million in Q3. Additionally, NEAR's TVL and liquid staking reached $250 million, and monthly stablecoin volumes crossed $2 billion in August. There is currently 619 million staked $NEAR. Sei Network achieved its highest active daily addresses since May, while Celo hit 1 million monthly active addresses in September, driven by stablecoin adoption and its transition to Ethereum Layer 2.
