Israeli aircraft struck a civilian vehicle parked outside the maternity-ward gate of Al-Shifa Medical Complex in western Gaza City on 7 July, killing three people and injuring several others, according to hospital officials. Initial footage from the scene showed the vehicle engulfed in flames metres from the hospital entrance. Separate Israeli drone strikes the same day killed one person in Jabalia in northern Gaza and two in nearby Beit Lahiya, hospital sources said. Another Israeli attack in Deir al-Balah in central Gaza later in the afternoon left one Palestinian dead, according to Al-Aqsa Hospital. The incidents add to a rising civilian toll amid continuing Israeli operations across the Gaza Strip. Israeli authorities have not commented publicly on the latest reports.
