Israeli military operations in the Gaza Strip have intensified over the past two weeks, involving artillery shelling and airstrikes targeting multiple locations. Key affected areas include Khan Yunis in the south, Gaza City and its eastern neighborhoods such as Al-Zarqa, Al-Tuffah, and Al-Rimal, as well as northern areas like Jabalia and Jabalia Al-Balad. Several airstrikes targeted critical infrastructure, notably a water desalination plant in the Rimal neighborhood near the Unknown Soldier Square, west of Gaza City. Additional casualties were reported from strikes on refugee camps such as Al-Shati and Al-Maghazi, and from drone strikes in Khan Yunis. The shelling and air raids have caused multiple deaths and injuries, with hospitals in Gaza reporting ongoing casualties. The Israeli military actions have been continuous, with artillery and airstrikes hitting eastern and central parts of Gaza City and southern Gaza, including areas near Deloul station in the Zeitoun neighborhood and the Al-Amal neighborhood in Khan Yunis.
