Morgan Wallen’s “I’m the Problem” remained atop the Billboard 200 for a seventh straight week, moving 173,000 equivalent album units in the period ended July 3, according to Luminate. The set, released on May 31, posted the biggest seventh-week tally for any album since Adele’s “25” logged 194,000 units in 2016, underscoring Wallen’s continuing streaming strength; 164,000 of the latest total came from on-demand streams. Lorde’s “Virgin” entered the chart at No. 2 with 71,000 units, boosted by strong vinyl sales, while the soundtrack to Netflix’s “KPop Demon Hunters” climbed to No. 3 with 62,000 units. Wallen also placed his 2023 release “One Thing at a Time” at No. 6 with about 40,000 units, keeping two titles in the top 10. Elsewhere in the ranking, Playboi Carti’s former leader “Music” jumped 20 spots to No. 8 on 35,000 units following its vinyl release. The week’s top ten was rounded out by debuts from pop group Katseye at No. 4 and rapper Russ at No. 10, reflecting a mix of streaming-driven holdovers and physical-format pushes.
