Suki Waterhouse Blames Hernia Hospital Stay on Tight Stage Pants

British actor and singer Suki Waterhouse said she was recently treated in hospital for a hernia that she believes was triggered by wearing extremely tight leather trousers during performances on her 2024–25 tour. In a series of posts on 14–15 July, the 33-year-old shared a photograph from her hospital bed and explained that the injury occurred six months earlier but she had been "too scared" to discuss it publicly. Waterhouse, who released her second album "Memoir of a Sparklemuffin" last year and opened for Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium, did not specify the length of her hospital stay but said she is now recovering. Waterhouse is scheduled to resume performing on 7 August in Aspen, Colorado. She and actor Robert Pattinson welcomed their first child in March 2024.
