Meteorologists also flagged flash-flood warnings along the I-95 corridor and a First Alert for the greater Philadelphia region through midnight, citing saturated ground and the risk of additional downpours. Storm activity is expected to diminish after 11 p.m., with a more stable weather pattern forecast for Thursday.
