Not sure who needs to hear this but ... A "Notice of Appeal" is NOT an appeal. There is no appeal until Trump pays the judgment or posts a bond. And he now owes another $114,553.04 in interest today.
Every day Donald Trump delays paying New York state’s $454 million civil verdict against him over his fraudulent asset valuations, the whopping fine is increasing by almost $112,000 in interest. https://t.co/yub7ClAchY

Donald Trump is facing a significant financial burden as interest accrues on a $454 million civil verdict against him for fraudulent asset valuations in New York State. Despite filing a notice of appeal, Trump's appeal does not automatically halt the collection of the penalty. He has until March 25 to secure a stay of enforcement while he appeals, which requires putting up money, assets, or an appeal bond covering what's owed. Interest on the fine is mounting at a rate of approximately $112,000 a day, with an additional $111,000 already added to the judgment. A judge has denied his appeal to the ruling, leaving Trump's business fate in New York City uncertain. Moreover, the fine for fraud was specifically stated as $355 million, and he now owes another $114,553.04 in interest today.
