OpenAI, the maker of ChatGPT, is leasing its first office in New York City. The company has signed a lease for 90,000 square feet in the historic Puck Building located in Manhattan's Soho neighborhood. This move marks OpenAI's expansion to the East Coast and raises property owners' hopes that the AI industry will develop a bigger appetite for office space. The Puck Building is owned by Kushner Companies.
