Burnley FC has confirmed the permanent signing of Denmark international Jacob Bruun Larsen from VfB Stuttgart. The Lancashire club did not disclose financial terms, but sources with knowledge of the deal put the fee at roughly €4 million. Bruun Larsen agreed a four-year contract and will link up with Burnley’s squad immediately for pre-season training. The 26-year-old forward returns to Turf Moor after a productive loan spell in the 2023-24 campaign, when he scored seven goals for Burnley in 32 Premier League appearances. He spent last season in the Bundesliga with Stuttgart before opting for a move back to England, becoming head coach Scott Parker’s sixth signing of the summer window.
