FC Barcelona has unveiled its 2025/26 away kit in collaboration with the Kobe Bryant brand, marking a three-year partnership with the late NBA icon's sportswear line. The new jersey pays tribute to Bryant, who died in a helicopter accident in 2020, and features design elements inspired by his 'Mamba Mentality' ethos. The kit replaces the Nike swoosh with Bryant's Mamba logo and incorporates a snakeskin pattern symbolizing reptilian armor. The colors include gold reminiscent of the Los Angeles Lakers, Bryant's former team, alongside the club's traditional blue and red. The jersey was debuted during a friendly match against FC Seoul, with participation from Barcelona players such as Balde, Putellas, Pina, Gavi, Pajor, De Jong, Guijarro, and Paralluelo at the presentation. This new collaboration reflects the ongoing special relationship between FC Barcelona and Kobe Bryant. Meanwhile, Real Madrid has introduced its new training tracksuit for the season and paid homage to former player Juanito with a commemorative new kit.
