Flexport, a digital freight company, is selling the technology platform it acquired from Convoy in late 2023 to DAT Freight & Analytics. Flexport had launched the Convoy Platform less than 18 months ago but has now decided to divest the technology. This transaction follows Flexport's earlier acquisition of Convoy's tech stack two years after Convoy was recognized as a freight unicorn. Separately, Hub Group anticipates that a recent deal will more than double the size of its temperature-controlled intermodal fleet.
