Additionally, the central government and the Basque administration have agreed on the transfer of management of four non-contributory social security benefits, the National Maritime Rescue Service, and the National Commission of the Market and Competition (CNMV) to the Basque Country. However, the transfer has raised concerns about potentially undermining the principle of solidarity and creating inequalities. Pradales has emphasized the need for exemplary governance and daily efforts to maintain trust.
