Yolanda Díaz, leader of the Sumar political platform, has intensified pressure on Spanish Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez and his Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) to enact significant changes ahead of the PSOE Federal Committee meeting. Díaz criticized the PSOE for being unaware of the gravity of the current situation and accused the government of immobility and failing to communicate any measures for political regeneration. She urged Sánchez to shift the government's focus toward social policies and to stop blocking the measures proposed by Sumar. In response, Sánchez has accepted 10 out of the 15 measures presented by Sumar, a move Díaz publicly acknowledged and appreciated.
