A’ja Wilson matched the WNBA’s single-game scoring high of the season with 37 points and added 10 rebounds as the Las Vegas Aces edged the Dallas Wings 90–86 on Wednesday night, moving back to an even 11-11 record. Wilson shot 15-for-25 from the field and recorded her eighth double-double of the year; it was her 28th career game with at least 30 points, the fourth-most in league history. Las Vegas created a 22-point cushion with an 18-2 third-quarter run, then survived Dallas’s late surge. Paige Bueckers scored 20 points, including 10 in the final period, and rookie JJ Quinerly added 17 to bring the Wings (6-17) within two in the final minute. Wilson answered with a three-point play to seal the result. Jewell Loyd and Aaliyah Nye contributed 14 and 13 points, respectively, for the Aces, while Las Vegas guard Jackie Young left early in the fourth quarter with a right-hip injury.
