Citi analyst Atif Malik has raised the price target for Nvidia Corp. (NVDA) from $180 to $190 per share, maintaining a Buy rating. The revision reflects an expanded outlook on the artificial intelligence (AI) market, particularly in the data center semiconductor segment. Citi now projects the AI data center semiconductor total addressable market (TAM) to reach $563 billion by 2028, up 13% from the previous estimate of $500 billion. Additionally, the networking TAM forecast has been increased to $119 billion from $90 billion, driven by stronger sovereign demand. This upward adjustment underscores Citi's positive view on Nvidia's growth prospects amid accelerating AI adoption and infrastructure expansion. The price target increase represents approximately a 19% upside from current levels. Alongside Nvidia, Citi also raised the price target for Advanced Micro Devices Inc. (AMD) to $145 from $120, while maintaining a Neutral rating.
