President Trump on the stock market: “it's gonna get a lot higher” https://t.co/WZplskDyLq
Trump just said the stock market is “gonna go a lot higher” YOU ARE NOT BULLISH ENOUGH!!!
President Donald Trump has expressed optimism about the stock market, stating that it will continue to rise. His comments come in the wake of a 14% increase in the S&P 500 since April 9, when he suggested it was 'a great time to buy' stocks, just before announcing a pause on tariffs. Trump's recent remarks, made on May 13, reaffirm his belief that the market 'is gonna go a lot higher.' He noted that he had encouraged buying stocks five weeks ago on Liberation Day, for which he was initially criticized but is no longer facing such criticism. Trump's statements have been closely watched by investors, as his previous comments on the market have often preceded significant movements. On April 9, his encouragement to buy stocks was followed by a strong 21-day rally in the S&P 500, marking one of the most robust periods of his presidency outside the COVID-19 era.
