Multiple law enforcement agencies across the United States have issued alerts seeking public assistance in locating several missing individuals. The Montgomery County Department of Police is searching for five people: 89-year-old Harry Winfred Sheppard, 16-year-old Serenity Elizabeth Rush from Rockville, 35-year-old Courtney Cherie Murray, 58-year-old Howard Davis, and 80-year-old William Heyward, for whom a Silver Alert has been issued after he went missing on June 27. The Chesapeake Police Department is also seeking help to find a missing 60-year-old woman. Additionally, the Bakersfield Police Department is looking for a 20-year-old woman who disappeared on June 30. In Richmond, authorities are searching for a 75-year-old man with cognitive impairment who was last seen recently. Authorities have encouraged anyone with information on these cases to contact the respective police departments.
