They emphasize that unlawfully incarcerating Trump in the final weeks of the Presidential election, while early voting is ongoing, would cause irreparable harm. The appeal is set to be heard on Friday, September 6, at 10 am ET, in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, where Trump will also be involved in an appeal regarding the E. Jean Carroll defamation and sexual abuse case.
