The El Rancho Unified School District in Pico Rivera, California, has released surveillance footage allegedly showing nearly a dozen U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) and Border Patrol agents urinating on the grounds of Ruben Salazar High School. The incident reportedly occurred on June 17, 2025, when federal agents unlawfully trespassed on the campus, including areas near a preschool playground and elementary school that was in session for summer school. The agents were seen urinating behind storage containers visible from a neighboring public park and Valencia Elementary School. School officials have called for an investigation, and the Department of Homeland Security is reportedly looking into the matter. The Los Angeles court has also demanded an investigation into the video footage.
