ACLU Sues Texas Ten Commandments Law and Missouri Abortion Ban; Missouri Judge Issues Second Injunction, Resumes Abortion Services

In Missouri, the ACLU filed a lawsuit against language in a proposal aimed at reinstating an abortion ban. Following these legal challenges, a Jackson County judge in Missouri issued a preliminary injunction blocking the enforcement of the state's abortion bans for the second time. As a result, Missouri has resumed abortion services after the judge's injunction, with several anti-abortion laws being blocked once again by the judiciary.
