Business identity platform Niva has announced a $3.3 million seed funding round led by Gradient Ventures, Google's AI fund, and other investors. The company aims to address global verification challenges through its know-your-business (KYB) platform designed for cross-border commerce. Niva has emerged from stealth mode to tackle these challenges, with backing from notable venture capital firms including Gilgamesh VC and Canary. The funding news was revealed exclusively to Axios.

We are excited to announce our participation in Niva's USD 3.3 million first round of funding as the company comes out of stealth. The vision of the team to build the global KYB platform resonated deeply with us as a globally active investment firm. https://t.co/yQ6ZidZRix
