🚨#SOSNICARAGUA🇳🇮 I fled my native Cuba when Castro seized power, one of his first acts was taking over churches & religious schools. Now the Ortega-Murillo regime continue the same tyrannical playbook. The U.S. will continue to fight & hold these criminal thugs accountable. https://t.co/k3SdPeZRgV
From jets to Florida luxury homes: U.S. seized a fortune from Maduro https://t.co/JMZAHqTOD2
🚨 The Cuban regime’s forced labor scheme is modern-day slavery — and every government that enables it is guilty. I applaud @SecRubio & @StateDept for targeting these accomplices. The world must send a clear message: profit from human exploitation, and you will pay the price. https://t.co/cRuH689rmt
The U.S. Department of Justice has confiscated more than $700 million in assets allegedly linked to Venezuelan leader Nicolás Maduro, Attorney General Pam Bondi said in a televised interview. The haul includes two multimillion-dollar jets, several luxury residences in Florida and the Dominican Republic, a horse farm, nine high-end vehicles, and millions of dollars in jewelry and cash. Bondi described the operation as a strike against “organized crime, no different from the mafia,” and added that the investigation into Maduro’s financial network is continuing. The seizure follows the U.S. decision on 7 August to double the reward for information leading to Maduro’s arrest to $50 million, underscoring Washington’s effort to tighten pressure on the Caracas government it no longer recognizes as legitimate.
