I think one cool update to DeepSeek is that you can now use both the reasoning (R1) and Search at the same time. Previously I think its just either one https://t.co/oCbyAWvVZV

Am I hallucinating or is DeepSeek with Web Search just better than ChatGPT/Perplexity? Their chat product is really strong in my opinion, and it's completely free.

In my preliminary tests, Deepseek search works better than Perplexity, ChatGPT search, and Gemini. 👀👀🤯
