Apple has announced that its Vision Pro headset will receive a significant update in April with the release of visionOS 2.4, introducing Apple Intelligence to the device. This update will bring features such as Writing Tools, Genmoji, Image Playground, Memory Movie, Smart Reply, ChatGPT integration, Priority Notifications, Notification Summaries, Natural Language Search, and Image Wand to the Vision Pro. The update will also include a new Spatial Gallery app, offering curated spatial photos, videos, and panoramas, as well as a dedicated Vision Pro app for iPhones, enabling users to queue app downloads, discover spatial content, and manage device settings remotely. Apple Intelligence will initially support US English, with additional languages like French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, and Chinese being added later this year. The update also improves the Guest User mode, allowing easier setup and management through nearby iPhones or iPads.
