Injective has successfully deployed its Ethernia Mainnet Upgrade, which introduces the first real-time Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) blockchain. The upgrade process began on July 31, 2025, with a temporary suspension of on-chain transactions to ensure a smooth deployment. By the end of the day, Injective processed its first real-time mainnet EVM transaction, and all Injective products were restored and operational. Developers are now able to migrate to the new mainnet in preparation for a full public release scheduled later this year. Following the upgrade, Injective announced an upcoming live stream on August 5, 2025, at 10 a.m. ET to share the latest ecosystem and developer updates that contributed to the platform's growth in the second quarter.
