UBTECH Robotics debuted five humanoid robots, including the Walker S2, the world’s first humanoid robot capable of autonomous battery swapping in three minutes, enabling continuous 24/7 operation. The World Humanoid Robot Games will feature 280 teams from 16 countries, over 500 humanoid robots, and 26 events, including the world’s first fully autonomous 5v5 humanoid robot soccer matches. Robotics experts highlighted China’s rapid progress in manufacturing efficiency, market potential, and embodied AI technology. Additionally, the 2025 China Embodied Intelligent Robot Industry Conference is taking place in Shanghai from August 13 to 15, further emphasizing the country’s focus on robotics innovation.
