A wrestling exhibition in Los Angeles turned violent on 23 Aug when Raja Jackson, the 25-year-old son of former UFC light-heavyweight champion Quinton “Rampage” Jackson, stormed the ring during a Knokx Pro Wrestling show and attacked performer Stewart Smith, known professionally as Syko Stu. Video streamed live on the platform Kick shows Jackson lifting Smith, slamming him to the mat and landing more than 20 punches to the head before other wrestlers intervened. Smith was rushed to hospital with serious facial injuries, including broken bones and severe dental damage, but was later reported awake and in stable condition. Witnesses said the altercation followed an earlier backstage incident in which Smith struck Jackson with a beer can, apparently as part of a planned storyline that escalated beyond script.
