This group has submitted its findings to GOP prosecutors for further investigation. Concerns have been raised about unauthorized donations, with one Texas donor, Janice Bosco, claiming that ActBlue recorded 648 donations totaling approximately $16,000 in her name without her consent. Various Republican figures have called for state attorneys general to investigate what they describe as possible money laundering and fraudulent political donations, suggesting that the funds may originate from wealthy individuals or foreign nations. The allegations echo similar claims made during previous election cycles regarding ActBlue's fundraising practices.
