Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton said on Aug. 13 that Kellogg Co. has entered a legal agreement with the state to eliminate artificial food dyes from all of its breakfast cereals. Paxton described the additives as posing potential health risks and said the company would reformulate its products to remove the colorings. The attorney general framed the move as part of broader efforts to reduce chemicals in the food supply.
