A large Ethereum whale has been actively accumulating substantial amounts of ETH, with recent purchases totaling 49,533 ETH valued at approximately $210 million from firms including GalaxyDigital, FalconX, and BitGo. This whale now holds a total of 221,166 ETH worth around $940 million across six wallets. Over the past week, the accumulation reached 312,052 ETH valued at $1.34 billion, spread over 10 new wallets created in the last eight days. Another whale bought 8,745 ETH worth $37.54 million recently, holding $112.23 million in unrealized profits, and has accumulated 65,001 ETH valued at $281.87 million over two months. An early Ethereum ICO participant who initially acquired 100,000 ETH for $31,100 still holds 58,000 ETH worth $247.9 million and has sold 44,284 ETH for about $105 million since 2021, realizing a total profit of approximately $366.8 million. Additionally, a single entity unstaked 14,942 ETH worth $64.17 million from three wallets and deposited it to Binance. Other notable movements include a whale withdrawing 21,000 ETH (around $90.6 million) from Binance, currently holding 86,001 ETH valued at $260 million. On the Solana side, the Pumpfun team has deposited multiple transfers totaling over 86,000 SOL (valued at $16.22 million) into Kraken and has executed buybacks of their native token PUMP, purchasing 175.3 million PUMP worth $705,000 in the last four hours. The total buybacks amount to 7.66 billion PUMP tokens valued at $30.65 million, representing 0.766% of the total supply. On August 12, Pumpfun conducted its second-largest single-day buyback, spending $11.645 million on PUMP, with a lifetime expenditure of $43.376 million at an average price of $0.0058 per token. Furthermore, 44.75 million XRP valued at $147.45 million was moved from Bitget to an unknown wallet.
