Huawei is also offering remote access to its more advanced Ascend 910C chips, which it cannot export due to production constraints. No finalized deals have been announced, but Huawei aims to establish a presence in markets traditionally dominated by Nvidia and demonstrate its manufacturing capabilities. The developments come amid ongoing US export controls that will cap Huawei's AI chip output in 2025.
