Thousands of Iranians participated in funeral processions across multiple cities to honor the victims of recent Israeli strikes. In Tehran, a large ceremony was held at Enghelab Square for more than 60 Iranians killed in the attacks. Similar events took place in Mashhad and Dezful, where funerals were conducted for four victims and for Maj. Gen. Gholamali Rashid, the former commander of the Khatam al-Anbia Headquarters, who was assassinated in the Israeli aggression. Rashid's son was also among the deceased. Additionally, a funeral was held for Brig. Gen. Mohammad Saeed Izadi, head of the Quds Force's Palestine unit, in Sanandaj. The processions featured large crowds and aerial footage captured the scale of public mourning. These events follow a series of Israeli military actions that targeted Iranian military and nuclear personnel.
