The United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (OCHA) and UNRWA have reported that approximately 85% of Gaza's territory is currently under Israeli military displacement orders or designated as military zones. These orders have forced around 30,000 people to flee in a single day, leaving many without safe refuge and severely restricting access to vital services such as drinking water and humanitarian aid. Since mid-March, over 50 forced displacement orders have been issued, covering about 78% of Gaza, with military zones increasing the total affected area to around 85%. This situation has resulted in civilians being pushed into smaller, overcrowded areas, exacerbating humanitarian pressures. In the West Bank, the UN has documented a rise in violence by Israeli settlers, with approximately 740 attacks in the first half of 2025. These attacks have caused injuries to 340 Palestinians and widespread damage, further limiting Palestinians' access to resources and contributing to displacement concerns.
