William Contreras delivered a walk-off home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to give the Milwaukee Brewers a 5–4 victory over the San Francisco Giants on Friday night. The blast capped a comeback for Milwaukee and was Contreras’s first career walk-off homer. In a separate game, prospect Carson Williams homered in his first major-league plate appearance, becoming the latest rookie to clear the fences on debut.
