Hip-hop duo Clipse—brothers Pusha T and Malice—released "Let God Sort Em Out" on 11 July, their first studio album in 16 years and their first under a Roc Nation distribution deal after departing Def Jam. Pharrell Williams and other longtime collaborators handled much of the production, keeping the group’s signature sound intact. To mark the release, Clipse delivered a six-song NPR Tiny Desk concert on launch day, revisiting classics such as "Virginia" and "Grindin'" and premiering new tracks "Chains & Whips" and "Birds Don’t Sing." Rolling Stone noted the set featured an NPR-assembled backing band with drummer Daru Jones and two backup singers. The promotional push continued on 15 July with a televised performance of "The Birds Don’t Sing" on NBC’s "Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," where images of the brothers’ parents were projected behind the stage. Manager Steven Victor told Billboard the campaign was designed to "super-serve" core fans through carefully chosen media moments and art collaborations, including cover art by KAWS. A North American tour is slated to open on 3 August in Boston before heading to additional U.S. dates and a European leg.
