The Big 12 Conference opened the second and final day of its 2025 football media days on Wednesday at The Star in Frisco, Texas, with Colorado head coach Deion Sanders drawing the largest spotlight as he discussed replacing quarterback Shedeur Sanders and former Heisman winner Travis Hunter, both drafted into the NFL in April. Wednesday’s slate also features Oklahoma State’s Mike Gundy, West Virginia’s returning coach Rich Rodriguez, and counterparts from Kansas, Houston, TCU, Arizona and Utah. Their sessions follow Tuesday’s appearances by commissioner Brett Yormark and coaches from Arizona State, Iowa State, BYU, Cincinnati, UCF, Baylor, Texas Tech and Kansas State. Interviews and panel discussions run from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Central on ESPNU and stream on ESPN+. The two-day event, staged for the third consecutive year at the Dallas Cowboys’ practice complex, marks the first full preseason showcase for the Big 12’s expanded 16-team lineup ahead of the 2025 campaign.
