High Noon Spirits, owned by E. & J. Gallo Winery, has recalled two production lots of its Beach Variety Pack vodka seltzers after discovering that some cans were mistakenly printed with Celsius Astro Vibe energy-drink labels yet still contained 4.5%-alcohol vodka seltzer. The company said the mis-labelling stemmed from a packaging supplier that inadvertently shipped empty Celsius cans to a High Noon filling line. The affected 12-pack cases—UPC 085000040065, lot codes L CCC 17JL25 14:00-23:59 and L CCC 18JL25 00:00-03:00—were shipped between 21 and 23 July to distributors in Florida, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Virginia and Wisconsin. A separate recall covers mislabeled Celsius cans bearing lot codes L CCB 02JL25 02:55-03:11. No illnesses or adverse events have been reported, according to a notice posted by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Consumers are urged to dispose of the products and may seek refunds through High Noon’s customer-relations unit.
