The National Football League has started rolling out its annual Top 100 Players of 2025, publishing the first quartet of names ahead of training camps. Defensive end Zach Allen of the Denver Broncos opens the countdown at No. 90, rewarded for an 8.5-sack breakout that helped anchor Denver’s revamped front. Buffalo Bills running back James Cook, fresh off an 18-touchdown season and entering the final year of his rookie contract, checks in at No. 89. Minnesota Vikings linebacker Andrew Van Ginkel makes his first appearance on the list at No. 88 after a career-best campaign that saw him move into a full-time starting role. New York Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams rounds out the initial group at No. 87, sliding 50 spots from last year despite remaining the cornerstone of the Jets’ interior pass rush. The league will continue unveiling the remaining 86 names in stages in the run-up to the 2025 season.
