Álex Baena has officially joined Atlético Madrid from Villarreal, signing a five-year contract. The transfer deal is reported to be worth around €50 million, comprising €42 million in fixed fees, €8 million in variables, and an additional €5 million in premium variables. Baena, a 23-year-old Spanish midfielder, expressed enthusiasm about joining Atlético Madrid, highlighting his admiration for the club, its coach, players, and fans.
