Real Madrid has announced a €1 million bonus for each player if they win the FIFA Club World Cup, a prize considered almost as prestigious as the Champions League by club president Florentino Pérez. The team has already earned approximately €110 million (around $93 million) from the tournament, including a potential €30 million prize for defeating Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) in the final. PSG has secured €91 million so far and stands to earn up to €125 million if they win the final against Chelsea. Chelsea, who have reached the final, have accumulated over £80 million (approximately $104 million to $114 million) in prize and participation money, with a recent £22 million bonus for winning their semi-final match. The Club World Cup has generated nearly $2.1 billion in revenue according to FIFA president Gianni Infantino. The competition highlights the financial power of European clubs, with Chelsea's squad valued at around €1.6 billion since Todd Boehly's ownership began, and PSG investing heavily to build their title-contending team.
