Blockchain-based social media start-up Xeet announced “Xeet Leagues,” a gaming layer that issues tradable player cards to all users rather than a limited subset. The cards can be collected, traded and used to compete on the AbstractChain network, with the company promising details on how participants can earn free packs in the coming days. Separately, digital-asset marketplace OpenSea told holders of the “Sails Up” non-fungible token that they may be eligible for additional experience-point rewards tied to an upcoming event during NFT NYC and advised users to check the platform’s Rewards portal for confirmation.
