Bybit and Kraken have launched xStocks, a platform enabling the trading of tokenized US equities and ETFs on the Solana blockchain. The service offers 24/7 trading access to over 55 equities, including major stocks such as Coinbase (COINX), Nvidia (NVDAX), SPYx, GOOGLx, CRCLx, and MSTRx. xStocks is supported by multiple Solana-based platforms including Raydium, Kamino, Byreal, Phantom, and Jupiter Exchange, and is available in 190 countries. The platform aims to democratize capital markets by providing seamless on-chain trading experiences. KuCoin and BNBChain have also integrated xStocks, expanding availability to additional tokenized equities like AAPLx and TSLAx. PowerTrade and PowerDEX are set to introduce tokenized stock options with daily, weekly, and monthly expirations, starting with CRCLX and NVDAX options. Regulatory clearance for non-US investors is pending under the Market Structure Bill. The launch marks a significant step in bridging traditional finance with Web3 technologies.
