On July 7, 2025, the company purchased 187 BTC for $20 million at an average price of $106,906 per coin, increasing its total holdings to 4,636 BTC valued at approximately $508 million. This purchase was funded by proceeds from its ATM stock. At that time, Semler Scientific reported a year-to-date Bitcoin yield of 29% and a market-to-net asset value (mNav) ratio of 1.29. Subsequently, on July 17, Semler Scientific acquired an additional 210 BTC for $25 million, raising its total to 4,846 BTC worth around $571.8 million. The company’s year-to-date Bitcoin yield improved to 30.3%. Continuing its accumulation, on July 24, Semler Scientific bought 175 more BTC for about $21 million, bringing total Bitcoin holdings to 5,021 BTC valued at nearly $595 million. These purchases underscore Semler Scientific’s ongoing strategy to increase its Bitcoin assets steadily.
