Google has announced the integration of its Gemini AI models into Google Workspace, making the standalone Gemini app available to customers with Business, Enterprise, and Frontline plans starting in Q4. The Gemini AI models, now certified for SOC 1/2/3 and ISO 27701 security and privacy standards, aim to enhance productivity and security within corporate environments. Additionally, Google has released two upgraded Gemini 1.5 models, Gemini-1.5-Pro-002 and Gemini-1.5-Flash-002, which offer significant improvements in performance, including a 50% price reduction for the Pro model, 2x faster output, 3x lower latency, and a 2M context window. These models also feature increased rate limits and enhanced capabilities in tasks such as math, long-context handling, and vision. The updated models are accessible via Google AI Studio.
