Meanwhile, Putin is approaching the summit confident in Russia's dominant position on the battlefield amid ongoing military advances in Ukraine. This confidence is expected to reinforce Putin's resolve to seek significant territorial concessions. Former Ukrainian Prime Minister Nikolai Azarov also commented on the political situation, stating that holding normal elections in Ukraine is currently impossible and that any elections under Zelensky's regime would be predetermined.
