Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported that overnight Russian attacks targeted energy infrastructure across multiple regions, including Vinnytsia, Dnipro, Kharkiv, and Odesa. Rescue and response teams are actively working to address the damage and restore power supplies, particularly in Kryvyi Rih. The strikes also included a ballistic missile attack on an industrial enterprise in Kryvyi Rih, and a Shahed drone hit a nine-story residential building in Kramatorsk.
